  1. No political campaigning, religious, or ideological endorsements through handouts, signs, or displays are permitted in the parade.

  2. No alcoholic beverages in the line of march.

  3. No vehicles will be allowed in the parade unless they have a permit.

  4. No tag-a-long people in street clothes will be permitted in the parade.

  5. Performers are allowed only one song at reviewing stand, unless prior authorization has been obtained.

  6. No candy, toys, silly string or any other items may be thrown from any vehicle or by any marcher.

  7. Know your line of march number before entering the staging area. 

The committee reserves the right to reject and prohibit from the line of march, any group for non-conformity with the rules of the parade.  This parade is dedicated to honoring the American Flag.

In case of emergency, dial 911.  State your current location : Troy Flag Day Parade (4th Street & Cross Street).  State your problem or emergency. Contact a Troy Police Officer along the parade route.
